The 2nd Annual Bend Yoga Festival is a multi-day yoga immersion that could only happen in beautiful Bend, Oregon!

Join us for a yoga celebration that will elevate your practice, wellness, and wholeness, featuring asana intensives, workshops, wellness sessions, themed-practices, yin, vinyasa, meditation, partner yoga, mountain biking, paddle boarding, hiking, kirtan, DJ, and more.

This vinyasa flow will prepare you for half or full padmasana (lotus) as we blossom into summer.

Beginning with sun salutations, then moving into relevant standing postures with an emphasis on opening up the 5 compartments of the hips: the hip flexors, adductors, hamstrings, external rotators, and abductors. We safely and steadily move towards deep hip openers and gentle twists with core activation.

Variations are offered to modify along the way. Come grow your lotus! This practice will be excellent prep for meditation.

All are welcome, however, some experience with sun salutations and vinyasa yoga will be helpful. The only requirement is that you be willing to do your best and let your best be good enough.
