To live is to breathe. When we bring awareness to our breath, we connect deeply with body and mind, becoming ever more attuned to our aliveness. The ancient yogis understood this and developed a system of breathing techniques called pranayama. Mindful breathing builds our capacity to calm the mind, improve focus, reduce stress, self-regulate and shift energy. With practice, pranayama can transform how we experience and respond to life itself.
In this immersive workshop, you will learn how to channel and integrate your vital energy through different breathing techniques, dynamic movement, visualization and meditation – one conscious breath at a time.
