The 2nd Annual Bend Yoga Festival is a multi-day yoga immersion that could only happen in beautiful Bend, Oregon!

Join us for a yoga celebration that will elevate your practice, wellness, and wholeness, featuring asana intensives, workshops, wellness sessions, themed-practices, yin, vinyasa, meditation, partner yoga, mountain biking, paddle boarding, hiking, kirtan, DJ, and more.

You’ve heard of the terms “anxious belly”, “butterflies in your stomach”, or “a gut feeling”? These are more than just phrases! There is science to back them. In this workshop, we’ll explore the intersection between mind & body, specifically how this relates to gut health & emotions. Yoga is said to be a process of regulating the mind-body experience. This workshop will give you tools to regulate the gut-brain axis and expand your toolkit on evenness of mind. This will be partially discussion and partially meditation practice.
